Dear Members: Please find enclosed a copy a an approval letter from the City of Oxford Planning Dept. to Denton Management, LLC, dated January 12, 2000, regarding remodeling half of the existing warehouse space into an apartment to be used as a part time residence. At this time Denton Management is asking for permission for the Special Exception to include remodeling to the whole of the warehouse. The proposed apartment would occupy approximately half of the warehouse space, the other half to be used as a garage and storage. The garage has been added in order to address the parking situation. Please find enclosed a tentative floor plan for the warehouse space as well as photographs of the warehouse as it exists today. The floor plan has not been finalized by Denton Management and is only a representation of what could be created in the space. The top photo is the West view of the warehouse as it faces Two Stick Restaurant. The bottom photo is the South facing view from the parking lot. Oxford Steak Co. would be to the immediate left of the parking lot in the photo. John Z. Dollarhide www.dollarhide.biz
