SBAR objects to the noise generated by the fans in the radios contained in the shrouds and located on the poles. Planner to investigate opportunities to require updated technology with less noise. c. The industry is not keeping up with the kinds of technological advances found in the ever improving cell phones in their antenna systems. Industry needs to step up to the plate and keep up with technology specifically to address visibility and noise generated by the antenna facilities. d.
