Office s HEADQUARTERS OF VOCENTO GROUP Madrid 7 Juan Ignacio Luca de Tena St. Unique building of the portfolio of assets of Vocento Group which is currently their corporate head office. This is an office building consisting of three floors above ground (GF + 2) and a basement on two levels below ground that is intended mainly for technical rooms and parking facilities. The countable surface above ground is 10,144.72 sq m building. The remaining buildable floor area is 9,637.90 sq m. It also has 65 indoor and 270 outdoor parking spaces. The building is located in the office area Josefa Valcarcel. Among the companies with offices in this submarket are L'Oreal, General Electrics and Vodafone. On one hand Banco Popular is currently completing the work on the implementation of their headquarters on the adjacent plot and on the other hand they are working on the future project of the University Clinic of Navarra. The City plans to extend the service road next to the A2, so a main access to the new headquarters of the Banco Popular and the headquarters of Vocento would be obtained. This is an area with new developments and is receiving important transfers of large companies as BNP Paribas or AXA, to buildings in rehabilitation. 4

Office s Madrid 5 Virgilio St., (Ciudad de la Imagen, Pozuelo) with industrial/ office use, 100% occupied (13% leased to Fox television channel). The constructed area is 3,486.76 sq m on a plot of 9,000 sq m, of which 3,000 sq m are undeveloped. It was built in 1998 and is in a good condition. Located in Ciudad de la Imagen area, the area is urbanized and occupied mostly by companies from the audiovisual sector. Valencia 12 D Dels Gremis St. with tertiary / office use, 100% occupied by ONO. It has 1,591 sq m built area distributed over 3 floors above ground. Built in 1999, it has a good state of preservation. It is built on a plot of 948 sq m. Building located in the industrial park Vara de Quart. Established industrial area with old buildings surrounded by a predominantly residential area with multi-family buildings. Sevilla 10 Albert Einstein St., Isla de la Cartuja This is a building with a floor area of 9,852 sq m of industrial and office use which houses the press of ABC newspaper (36%) and Admiral Seguros (64%). It was built in 1999 and is in excellent condition. It is located on a plot of 8,833 sq m. It is located in the center of the business park of the Isla de la Cartuja and therefore in one of the main areas of the city offices. 5

Office s Asturias 1-9 Diario el Comercio St. (Gijón) of 2,848 sq m of floor area from a plot area of 1,965 sq m with a buildable area of 4,126.5 sq m. The building is in good state of conservation and is rented to "El Comercio newspaper (2 floors) and to another company that is not part of the group (ground floor). Possibility of commercial use up to 10% and pending approval for change of use to residential. Mainly residential setting with newly built urban developments. The industrial activity in the area is scarce and limited to the block where the asset is located and the adjacent plots. Málaga 48 Doctor Marañon St. of 9,338.95 sq m built on a plot of 2,588 sq m. Occupied by the "Diario SUR Malaga" for its offices and press. The building was built in 1976 in 2 phases and benefits from a good state of preservation. The office part was recently renovated. The permitted uses are: educational alternative, services of public and social interest, sports and commercial. It is located in the area known as Martiricos next to the stadium Rosaleda of the Malaga Football Club. La Rioja 1 Duques de Nájera St. (Logroño) Built in 1969 and renovated in 2008, the building consists of premises of 233.2 sq m that are 100% occupied by the Vocento Group. It is currently engaged in recording television programs. The state conservation outdoor is low, indoor it is medium. Residential use with compatibility for tertiary office and retail uses are allowed. Established residential area near the city center which was once industrial. 6

Office s Almeria 2-5 Jesus Durban Remon St. The asset houses the offices of the newspaper Ideal de Almeria (100% occupancy). It is located on the 5 th floor of a residential building built in 1982 and renovated in 2006. It has a floor area of 166 sq m and its preservation status is good. Business area located in the city center of Almeria. Malaga 2 Montera St, 1st floor apt. D (Velez) of 97 sq m located on the first floor in a building built in 1985. Average state of preservation. 100% occupied by the Diario SUR. The main use is residential, compatible with office use. Central location in Vélez. Granada 1 Narciso Gonzalez Cervera St., 2nd floor office 2. Costa Tropical Building (Motril) Office located in a mixed building (office and residential) built in 1991. It has 72.67 sq m and presents a very good state of preservation. Occupied by Vocento, there is the possibility to convert to residential use. The area is dedicated to offices located in the city center of Motril. 7

Office s Guipuzcoa 16 Otalora Lizentziaduna St. 16 (Arrasate) located on the mezzanine floor of a residential building. Occupied by the newspaper El Diario Vasco, floor area of 127.80 sq m. The building was built in 1998 and presents a good preservation state. Mostly residential and commercial area with office presence at street level (small offices, consultancies, insurance brokerage). Vizcaya 7 & 9 Pintor Losada St. (Bilbao) Building of 4,396 sq m above ground and 1,500 sq m below ground on a plot of 1,781 sq m (maximum floor area of 3,260 sq m). The tenant is Diario El Correo from Vocento Group. Built in 1972 and renovated in 2005. The preservation status of the asset in its interior is good while the exterior has some level of impairment. Use of offices with equipment and use of urban and administrative services authorized (mainly residential). Located in the outskirts of Bilbao, in a mainly residential area, traditionally industrial. Malaga 2 San Juan Bosco St. (Marbella) of 235 sq m occupied by the newspaper Diario SUR Marbella in a residential building of 11 floors and a ground floor used as offices. Built in 1965. The building is in good state of preservation. Located in a very central area of Marbella. 8

Office s La Rioja 74 Vara del Rey St. (Logroño) of 1,577.83 sq m which currently is occupied by La Rioja Diario. It has 3 floors of a building of 9 floors. It was built in 1968 and it is in an average state of conservation. The main use is residential, compatible with tertiary office and commercial use. Located a short distance from the city center, in an industrial area that was converted into an established residential area. Guipuzcoa 1 Zuatzu St. (San Sebastian) of 747.39 sq m located in a building built in 2003 and occupied by El Diario Vasco. It is in a good state of preservation. The main use is offices although the regulation permits industrial use. Consolidated tertiary area consists of a business park with office use for the upper floors and industrial use for the ground floors. Alava 9 Arantzabal St. (Vitoria) Three units occupied by El Correo in a building of 10 floors built in 1990 and in good state of conservation. The total floor area is 644.55 sq m. The main use is residential, compatible with tertiary office and commercial use. The asset is located within a consolidated residential area where there are buildings with offices and retail units. 9

Office s Malaga 19 Fernández de Viagas Square apt. 1ª A-B (Antequera) Newspaper Diario Sur is located there, in a residential building that was built in 1988. The asset has a total area of 251.42 sq m and is in a good state of conservation. The main use is residential, compatible with tertiary office. Residential area of medium socioeconomic level in Antequera. 10

Industrial s Madrid 19 Meridiano St. (Torrejón de Ardoz) of 11,605 sq m above ground (offices and industrial) and 468 sq m below ground (parking) built on a plot of 17,231 sq m, with 468 sq m of remaining buildable area. 100% occupied by a printing company of the group. The asset was built in 2009 and presents a good state of conservation. Torrejon de Ardoz industrial park is an urbanized area and mainly occupied by industrial buildings. Guipuzcoa 2 Camino de Portuetxe (San Sebastian) The asset is occupied by the Diario Vasco newspaper. It has a built area of 7,612 sq m (office and industrial use) and 6,150 sq m (parking). The plot has an area of 9,955 sq m with a remaining buildability of 1,492 sq m. It was built in 2001 and it is in a good conservation state. To the existing tertiary use, collective residential uses (student housing, hostels, etc.), uses for not dangerous industry, parking, community facilities and infrastructure of urban services. located at Industrial Park Igara, in a mainly residential area, traditionally industrial. Appraisal value Vizcaya Torrelaragoiti Industrial Park, P-6B1 (Bilbao) Industrial-office asset of 21,378,37 sq m (1,051.18 sq m of remaining buildable area) on a plot of 34,507 sq m. It was built in 2003 and is in a good preservation state. The asset consists of two buildings and is occupied by the newspaper El Correo. There is a possibility of segregation of the plot. The plot has an area of 10,000 sq m with a maximum buildable area of approx. 6,500 sq m. located at Industrial Park Torrelarragoiti in Bilbao. It is a consolidated industrial area. 11

Industrial s Segregation Granada 2, Huelva Ave. Asegra Industrial Park, Peligros. The asset has a total built area of 4,571,97 sq m divided into an office building and the rest of the industrial unit is dedicated to the production of the Ideal de Granada Journal. The plot area is 10,167 sq m and remaining buildability is 4,223.03 sq m. It was built in 1960 and it is a good conservation state. Commercial use related to the industrial process, garage and store (100%) is allowed. Once the plot is built, it can not be divide or segregate unless the construction is demolished. The building is located at La Asegra Industrial Park in Peligros close to Granada. Valencia 12 Dels Gremis St. Industrial unit consisting of offices in average conservation state. It has a built area equivalent of 5,516 sq m in a plot of 2,938 sq m. The asset was built in 1965. There is a possibility to extend it up to 7,933 sq m depending on the type of the building (industrial or emblematic block). Vara de Quar Industrial Park is a consolidated industrial area with residential buildings in the surrounding. Valladolid 25 Helio St. Industrial warehouse built in 2008 of 5,252 sq m on a plot of 10,362 sq m with industrial - warehouse use. Currently it is occupied by Printolid (100%). The asset is in a good conservation state. El Carrascal Industrial Park located at 7 km from Valladolid. 12

Industrial s Santander La Prensa St. The asset has a built area of 5,606.02 sq m in a plot of 3,585 sq m. The asset consists of a portfolio of 5 industrial units which currently are empty. The portfolio was built in 1984 and it is a good condition state for offices and medium state for industrial area. Tertiary, commercial, recreational and office uses are allowed. Industrial unit located at Santander in a consolidated industrial park with unoccupied areas. There are also residential areas in the surrounding area. Valencia 153 Tres Forques St. The industrial complex has a built area of 16,735 sq m and a remaining area of 4,800 sq m. It consists of two buildings with industrial and office use. The complex was built in 1951 and it was renovated in 1995. Both are in good condition state. The asset is located at Vara de Quart Industrial Park, a consolidated industrial area with residential buildings. Valladolid 10 Vázquez Menchaca St. Industrial asset with offices built in 1972. Built area is 8,532 sq m on a plot of 10,989 sq m. The maximum buildability is 12,132 sq m. The state of conservation is good. Consolidated industrial area with a lot of industrial units. 13

Industrial s Murcia 10 Camino Viejo de Monteagudo St. Headquarters of Diario La Verdad, industrial building with offices built in 1992. It has a total area of 6,908 sq m and a remaining area of 305 sq m. The state of preservation is good. Permitted tertiary uses: large tourist facilities and commercial warehouses. It is located in an established industrial area surrounded by residential use. Badajoz 20 Madrid-Lisbon Highway Industrial building with offices where Diario HOY is located. It is divided into three zones, one for offices, and the others for printing and for storage. It was developed in several phases, that is, 1973, 1993 and 2004. The floor area reaches 4,838 sq m and the plot area is 8,528 sq m. The remaining floor area is 1,251 sq m. The building, which is in good condition, is ready for commercial use in the event that the block exceeds the use by 30%. Consolidated industrial area that is located along the Madrid-Lisbon motorway. 14

Retail s Palencia 4 Cardenal Almaraz St. Commercial unit currently occupied by the offices of "El Norte de Castilla newspaper, located on the ground floor of a residential complex built in 1984 and which is in good condition. The assets surface is 160 sq m. Permitted uses are residential, commercial and tertiary use. Located in a central residential area that offers all kinds of services. Granada 2 Compas de San Jeronimo St. Office unit rented Ideal de Granada newspaper located in the semi basement and mezzanine floors. It has a built area of 124.27 sq m and is in a good state of preservation. The only permitted use is the commercial and office use (associated). Unit located very close to the city center of Granada. Consolidated commercial area with all kinds of services (public services, shops, cafeterias, etc.) Guipuzcoa 5 San Martin St. (San Sebastian) Commercial unit located on the ground floor of a residential building built in 1972 and occupied by Pagalday Vergara SL. It has an area of 130 sq m and is in good state of preservation (renovation in 2015). A change of use is not considered. Close to the best commercial areas of the city. 15

Residential & Land s Asturias Trinchera St., plot 5 (Gijon) Plot with a total surface of 14,322 sq m and industrial use permit. Total buildability of 10,014 sq m. Area with new industrial warehouses and few available plots located in the industrial park La Juveria in the south of Gijon. Valencia Burjassot Ave. (Pl num 11 - res urb 1) Undeveloped plot with an area of 7,057 sq m. The corresponding use is agricultural and storage. The permitted main uses are public use and open air spaces. located in the outskirts of Valencia, adjacent to the municipality of Burjassot where the dominant typology is residential. Malaga 7 AR Centro Logistico Industrial plot with a total surface of 25,027 sq m. Suburban environment with industrial character, located within easy reach of the A-45. 16

Residential & Land s Valencia 10 Gran Via Fernando Católico 4th floor, apt. 7 Residential asset built in 1955, currently empty, located in a building of 8 floors + ground floor. It has a surface of 209 sq m and the state of preservation is medium-low. The main use is residential and tertiary use is associated. located in the heart of the city in an established residential area with excellent public transport and other services. 17
