Land management sector has a multi-purpose role under the authority of DLAG MoA Land Management Sector: overall responsibility land administration: registration (all land parcels, real estates, incl. condominiums), land valuation, use and protection, land lease registration large scale cadastral and topographic mapping geodesy, land surveying unified land registry and cadastre infrastructure development: Land Information Systems complex land management

since 1972 Best practice of Hungary Unified Land Registry = Cadastre multipurpose including condominiums unified both organizationally and technically comprehensive approach of land and property matters avoiding data inconsistency complex services providing reliable basic data for specific purposes obligatory usage of cadastral/land registry data
