Dividend Since its IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2010, ROBYG SA has been regularly distributing profits among its shareholders. Insofar, the Company has distributed as dividends: Dividend per share in 2010-2015 (in PLN) Management Board approved the Dividend Policy, according to which MB intends to recommend the payment of a dividend for the year 2016 and 2017 at the level of 65% to 80% of the consolidated net profit. 23
