v ABSTRAK Easy Estate Advertising Services: www.sweethomes2u.com merupakan satu alternatif kepada pengguna sistem yang berasaskan web. Tujuan utama sistem ini dibangunkan ialah untuk menyediakan satu platform aktiviti pengiklanan hartanah berpandukan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan untuk kegunaan syarikat pembangun hartanah dan agensi-agensi hartanah serta individu-individu yang berminat. Pada masa ini, kebanyakan aktiviti pengiklanan hartanah terhad kepada bentuk tradisional sahaja. Menerusi sistem ini, para pengiklan hartanah dapat meningkatkan lagi promosi hartanah mereka secara langsung menerusi internet dengan kos perkhidmatan yang berpatutan. Dalam masa yang sama sistem turut menyediakan capaian mengiklan yang mudah menggunakan teknologi MMS. Sistem ini dibangunkan dengan menggunakan model pembangunan Unified Modelling Language (UML) di samping penggunaan teknologi Pretext Hyper Processor (PHP) dan pangkalan data MySQL. Antara perisian yang digunakan ialah Windows XP, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX dan Adobe Photoshop 7.0. Melalui aplikasi sistem ini, aktiviti pengiklanan hartanah khususnya dapat mencapai kumpulan sasaran yang luas dan kaedah pengiklanan akan menjadi lebih efisien.

vi ABSTRACT The Commercializing Estate Service Online: www.sweethomes2u.com is one of the alternatives for web based users. The main reason of developing the system is to provide a platform for commercializing real estates properties by real estate companies, estate agents and individuals who are interested. Nowadays, a lot of commercializing estate activities are very limited to traditional ways of commercializing. With the system, commercializing estate companies can promote their estate online with low cost. Furthermore, the system also integrates the Multimedia Message Service technology. The system is being developed by using the Unified Modelling Language together with Pretext Hyper Processor and MySQL Database. Other softwares that being used are Windows XP, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX and Adobe Photoshop 7.0. With this system, the commercializing estate can target a huge market and the technique of marketing and promoting can be more efficient.
