OVERVIEW: Parker Water & Sanitation District is offering some of their non-irrigated (pasture) properties and improvement sites for sale at auction. Located in Logan County, Colorado near Proctor and Iliff, Colorado, the Parker property includes 1,020 +/- acres of sub-irrigated and dry pasture land for sale plus 4 improvement sites with acreage. The Buyer(s) will have possession of the pasture and two improvement sites upon closing and the remaining two improvement sites 30 days after closing. Seller to convey all owned mineral rights to Buyer(s). The Multi Parcel Auction bidding format allows all bidders an equal opportunity to participate and purchase land to add to or expand your operation and/or purchase the rural acreage with existing homes or to build on. SALE TERMS/PROCEDURE: The "Logan County Acreage & Pasture Land Auction" is a land auction with RESERVE. The Logan County Acreage & Pasture Land Auction property to be offered as a "MULTI PARCEL" Auction in 10 parcels, 3 combos, East Unit, and Spring Valley Unit. The parcels, combos, and units will be offered in the sale order as stated within the brochure. The parcels, combos, and units will compete to determine the highest aggregate bid(s) acceptable to the Seller. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
