Ch. 43-7 Revise section as follows: A.(7)(e) Detailed layout of proposed system showing septic tank, distribution box, leach lines (including all sizes, specifications and dimensions) and a section through the system. The minimum distance separation between the bottom of an individual age disposal system and the seasonal high groundwater, bedrock or impervious layer shall be increased from two feet to four feet for new construction. 3. Ch. 109, Attachment 4 (sketch of Catch Basin Grate): Change the grate opening alignment for catch basin grates so the opening aligns with the gutter flow line as shown in revised sketch. 129-49.6.B (1) The required front 15 feet shall be reserved as a municipal easement for amenities, including but not limited to a five-foot sidewalk, municipal, water and utilities, and a level grass area. Ornamental light poles and uniformly spaced street trees of mixed species should be located within the right-of-way on the building side adjacent to sidewalk and property line, with maintenance responsibility retained by the property owner. A five-foot sidewalk shall be installed on a best fit route along the property line in the right-of-way with approval from the authority having jurisdiction over the roadway. An engineered curtain perimeter-drain system off-set from foundation, designed and stamped/signed/inspected/certified by a P.E., will be allowed to lower the groundwater elevation in the vicinity of the house to meet the 3 separation requirement. 7. Ch. 109-26.B. Delete Sentence: All subdivisions in excess of 24 dwelling units containing a street more than 1,000 feet in length shall have two means of access. 8. Ch. 129-4: Definitions: Delete Under Open Space Subdivision delete Cluster Subdivision definition and replace with: CONSERVATION SUBDIVISION Conservation subdivisions are characterized by common open space and clustered compact lots. The purpose of a conservation subdivision is to protect farmland, open space and natural resources while allowing for the maximum number of residential lots under current community zoning and subdivision regulations. 9.
