ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN The architecture is a modern play on the kiwi bach aesthetic with house-sized two storey blocks with hip roofs and eaves. The metal and concrete cladding is strong and durable, and the two-tone colour scheme is fitting for the beachside location.
INTERIOR DESIGN The ground floor apartments and town houses have private courts at both ends and top floor apartments balconies at both ends - to maximise sun and privacy. These lush private gardens are planted with a mixture of native and exotic shrubs, grasses and trees. The ground floor apartments have also been raised slightly from footpath level for privacy.
LIVING Every unit in La Residence de la Plage features efficient planning to provide large open plan living with separate dining spaces.
