Villa Le Terme is the principal house on the San Martino estate, offering spacious and luxury accommodation in a beautiful and tranquil setting. The large infinity swimming pool (16 x 7m) is set 30m away from the house, and the property is surrounded by lawns and patio areas with magnificent hillside views. Set in an elevated position with breathtaking views over rolling, cypress-lined landscape, this splendid 16 th century farmhouse retreat provides an authentic Italian experience with the comforts of modern furnishings and fittings. ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES: Ground Floor Enter through an entrance hall on the ground floor into the kitchen, fully equipped for large parties. The main dining room, equipped with a Hi-Fi, has doors that lead to the patio. The living room has been converted from the old barn, it has sofas, satellite TV and home cinema and spiral stairs that lead to the mezzanine floor with pool table. Ground Floor cont.: There is a pizza room with a wood burning pizza oven and indoor barbeque. Also on this floor is a double bedroom which is accessed via the dining room, it has an ensuite spa with showers (one cold, one hot/cold), sauna, steam room, WC, sinks and corner Jacuzzi bath. First Floor On this floor is a double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi bath; there is also another double bedroom with separate external access and seating area, huge fireplace and en-suite bathroom.
