Lizard Creek Condominium Renovation Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for taking the time to complete the attached application for your condominium renovation. The attached documents are provided to assist you with your decision to renovate your condominium and provide a process that everyone can work through to facilitate the increasing number of renovation requests and maintain the integrity and safety of our development. Please complete the LCOA Renovation Application and submit it to Lizard Creek Lodge, The Manager. The Manager will then add their comments and submit the application on your behalf to the necessary boards for their input and ultimate approval. It is important to note that rarely would approval be denied but there may be conditions on the renovation that an Owner must accept. For instance, depending on your project your unit may be subject to an incremental fee increase associated with on-going costs post renovation or there may be restrictions regarding work times or project management costs. There are pages attached that highlight some of the issues that must be considered by the Rental Manager, Strata Board and the Owners Association and another that is a check list designed for the board to complete that identifies some of the items that may be required for you to provide for final approval. Rest assured that everyone involved in this process will work to make the process as painless as possible and help you with your project through to completion.
