The completing of the application by Tenant and the acceptance of the application by Property Management Company creates NO obligation of Property Management Company to approve the application. This application will be approved or rejected usually within three (3) business days of being submitted to Property Management Company. However, there is no obligation of the Property Management Company to notify applicant unless the application is approved. If the application is approved, applicant MUST sign the lease and pay Security Deposit BEFORE the tenancy begins.
