Stamford Transportation Center RBS Clinton Ave The State of Connecticut, has plans in place to improve the downtown Stamford Transportation Center, including 600,000 SF of commercial office space, a 150-room hotel and 150 units of residential housing. S5 Parcel St. John s Tower A Another BLT-owned parcel in the Harbor Point district, the S5 parcel is currently a surface parking lot where BLT could construct a 450,000 square foot office building, including a new parking garage, that would be central to the proposed Amazon campus. Currently housing, the St. John's Tower A site has been approved for redevelopment into a new 375-unit residential apartment complex.
