677 Washington Phases II & III Woodland-Pacific Parcel When 677 Washington was constructed in 1997, it was approved for three phases consisting of approximately 1.4 million square feet. The existing buildings total 740,000 square feet, leaving 650,000 square feet of potential additions to the site. These sites are located in the heart of Downtown Stamford, within a short walk of the Stamford Transportation Center and surrounded by retail amenities, where they can easily absorb the additional workforce. As with the 650 Atlantic Parcel, BLT has assembled contiguous parcels along Woodland Ave and Pacific Street within the Harbor Point District. Stamford Transportation Center RBS Clinton Ave The State of Connecticut, has plans in place to improve the downtown Stamford Transportation Center, including 600,000 SF of commercial office space, a 150-room hotel and 150 units of residential housing. In addition, new parking will be built at three nearby locations. For potential office tenants this is the perfect location for employees to commute into work from anywhere along the New Haven Metro-North line. S5 Parcel St. John s Tower A Another BLT-owned parcel in the Harbor Point district, the S5 parcel is currently a surface parking lot where BLT could construct a 450,000 square foot office building, including a new parking garage, that would be central to the proposed Amazon campus. Currently housing, the St. John's Tower A site has been approved for redevelopment into a new 375-unit residential apartment complex. As with the RBS property, the site could be rezoned for office use in conjunction with Amazon's move to Stamford.
