Planning Commission Action Items: Master Transportation Plan Amendment 12 th Road South Phased Development Site Plan Amendment Condition #54 At the time of final site plan, building heights of up to 22 stories for not more than four apartment and/or hotel buildings shall be considered, for the purpose of improving the overall design without increasing density. In addition to the four buildings referenced above, building heights of up to 22 stories may be considered with individual final site plan applications within the Metropolitan Park development (Parcel 3) to the extent such heights would be not greater than the building height recommendations of the Metropolitan Park Design Guidelines (dated January 23, 2004 and revised through July 13, 2013) and the Metropolitan Park Project Booklet (dated November 12, 2003).
