Develped and implemented visin and strategic plan fr the cllege, including its intellectual prject, advancement gals, peratinal structure and sund fiscal management. Defined areas f excellence, created new graduate (11), undergraduate (13) prgrams, recruited and develped faculty (45 tenured/tenure- track) and staff, including a new Dean s Office with 17 psitins.
