OLD'QTEST FEDERAL CREDT UNON September 24, 215 City of Pendleton Second Story Program Committee Dear Committee Members; As you may recall from our previous discussions and tour of the Old West Federal Credit Union building at 31 S. Main, we are prepared to begin the remodel process of our 2nd floor. Early last week, we comleted the installation of our new signage, and the rehabilitation of heating and cooling systems is underway as we speak. As is referenced in the attached blueprints for the remodel, WC Construction has been hired to complete the remodel of the 2nd floor, and will include all new ceiling/lighting/data structure, office machine room, restroom restoration and update, conference room remodel, and the addition of 7 new private offices. Our elevator system will be modernized simultaneously, as well as, building access and security to allow the our basement "community meeting room" to be utilized. Old West FCU has hired 5 new full time employees in 215, with several more planned in the coming year to facilitate our conversion to a centralized commercial loan processing team located here in Pendleton. Attached for your reference is-: 1) Blueprints of the 2nd floor remodel. 2) Overall budget for Second Story Remodel. 3) An itemized cost estimate of the 2nd floor renovations to be completed. Old West FCU is asking for your consideration in this expansion and growth into the second story. This project lays the ground work for adding an additional 5 full time commercial staff beyond the new 5 full time positions that we have added already in 215. This project will allow us to expand and add an additional 13 to 2 full time employees as we move forward with our service expansion.
