DEMOLITION OF SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE and GARAGE RFP The St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority is accepting proposals for the demolition of a Single Family house and garage located at 426 19 ½ Ave. N. St. Cloud, MN 56303. Proposals must be delivered to the St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority, 1225 W St. Germain, St. Cloud, MN 56301 no later than 1:00 pm, August 8 th, 2017. Provide a lump sum bid on the HRA Bid Form. The St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The successful proposer will enter into a formal contract. The work must be completed within 30 days of the notice to proceed. Respondents agree that their pricing includes the current minimum tort liability limits of $500,000/$1,500,000. Respondents agree that there will not be discrimination as to race, sex, religion, color, age, creek, or national origin in regard to obligations, work and service performed under those terms of any contract ensuing from this RFP. DEMOLITION OF SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE and GARAGE WORK SCOPE - Remove all debris / rubbish from inside of house and garage. - Demolish the entire house and garage including footings and foundations, Remove all trees and stumps. Completely remove all debris from the site and dispose in proper landfill. - Cap all utilities as required by the city of St. Cloud, including any patching of sidewalks or streets. - Cap any existing wells and remove any septic systems on property. - Remove all private sidewalks, steps and fencing. - Include all permits. - All disturbed areas to have a minimum of 4 of sifted black dirt, be level with the rest of the landscape and seeded. - Remove all hazardous materials as outlined in the attached Pre-Demolition Hazardous Materials Inspection Report.
