CITY OF ORTH TOAWADA REAL ESTATE AUCTIO TERMS OF SALE The premises described below will be sold under the directions of Daniel R. Quinn, City of orth Tonawanda Clerk Treasurer, upon the following terms. Upon payment, the City Clerk Treasurer will provide a copy of the Treasurer's Deed and the City Clerk Treasurer will file the original Deed in the iagara County Clerk's Office. Said Deed shall be subject to any easements and restrictions of record.
