Donor of the above described property, does hereby state that the property being donated has no outstanding maintenance fees, assessments, taxes, mortgage or any other type of fee or encumbrance of any type.i/we agree not to use, bank or make a reservations for the above described unit or points for any subsequent use unless directed to do so by Donate For A Cause. In the event that I/we have already banked or reserved any usage I/we understand that that usage may be lost due to the resort s independent policy which Donate For A Cause cannot control. If any future use is unavailable then we agree to be liable for any bill issued in the calendar year that I/we are retaining usage even if it isn t due until some future time (i.e., if your resort issues a special assessment before this property is transferred to the charity, even if the bill is due over multiple years, you agree to pay the entire special assessment prior to transfer). I/We also understand that once this form is submitted that Donate For A Cause will hire an escrow company to begin a time consuming and costly title search process on my property and that I fully intend to perform any necessary duties to complete the donation of the property.
