He has owned and operated management rights in both Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. Rolf entered the industry in 1984 when he purchased the Management Rights to Atlantis West, a 181 apartment high rise building located at Paradise Waters on the Gold Coast. Rolf has worked with both the Professionals and Ray White groups obtaining many sales awards, before establishing his own real estate office servicing the western suburbs of Brisbane selling land and residential properties. In 1994 Rolf established the Brisbane branch office for a Gold Coast based management rights agency and at the time was one of only two agents operating in the Brisbane area. In 1998 Rolf established his own management rights agency in Brisbane which conducted numerous brokerage sales and with the growth of the industry began to specialise in off-the-plan developments. In October 2000, Rolf was contracted to Resort Brokers to build up the brokerage division and with the assistance of Rod Askew created an off the plan division assisting developers Australia wide. Over his many years in the industry Rolf has acted for major development companies in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, both in an advisory and sales and marketing capacity.
