Alimaju has 2 plots of agriculture land, Lot 501 and Lot 502 which located adjacent to each other with the area of 5 and 4 hectares respectively. He wants to develop the lands with bungalow houses. Advise En. Alimaju on the development procedures he has to undergone until the land can be developed, in terms of:- En.
