I. SGI Sp. z o.o. SGI Baltis is a company specializing in constructing best quality of luxury apartments, flats and office objects. Lastadia Office with the Uniqa Forum building are the newest and most modern construction design of SGI Baltis.

II PROJECT DESCRIPTION The real estate location The location The real estate, on which the building will be localised has 5 100 m2 of area and is located in a contiguity of the Oder River and of the train and bus main stations. The area is located at the Zbożowa Str. against of representative route of Wały Chrobrego and of the Old Town. The neighbourhood of the plot is the building of the Customs Bureau one of the finest buildings of prewar Szczecin. The directly location by the Customs Wharf gives the clear view of the designed building from the river, from west bank of the Oder and from arterial roads of the Long Bridge and the Castle Route. This location gives the grounds to believe that Lastadia Office will become one of the most representative buildings of Szczecin.

Project conception Lastadia Office is a modern office building, builted in the prestigious localization on the Oder River, on the so-called Łasztownia area, which on account of one's historical meaning and the peculiar location, at present constitutes the most attractive area for new real estate investments. Newly builted office block is a six-storey building with total area of 13 600 m 2, referring to style of the prewar development in the Zbożowa Str., as well as the entire neighbourhood, also thanks to connecting the clinker brick with glass facades and aluminium. Applying by the developer modern architectural solutions is guaranteeing comfort and the freedom of the use. The front elevation will have the changeable height of buildings from 15 up to 22 m. On the ground floor will be localised a large car park for users, inside 4 elevator divisions and two entries to the building one at the front and one from the side of the car park. One of advantages of investment is a possibility of the elastic adaptation and the division of the office space depending on needs for the tenant.
