DOUPER HALL 18-20 DAWLISH ROAD, SELLY OAK, BIRMINGHAM B29 7AE Douper Hall is a popular development in the heart of Selly Oak, just approximately 5 minutes walk from the University of Birmingham. Douper hall accommodates 124 students, in 28 apartments. Each apartment has a fully equipped communal kitchen, including cooker, oven, extract fan, fridge-freezer and microwave, with a good size comfortable lounge and dining area. All flats are en-suite with shower, toilet and wash hand basin, with double bed (three quarter). Also, mega speed Internet with Wi-Fi, direct dial telephone and TV point is accessible in every bedroom. Douper Hall is a secure environment with electronic gate entry (both pedestrian and vehicle), and has security cameras monitoring all movements within the grounds. There is an on-site warden, who works between the hours of 8.30am 6pm weekdays and 8.30am 2pm Saturdays. The warden is on call at all times for emergencies.
