What is Brera Design Apartment is a new location format proposed by Brera Design District in via Palermo no. 1, in the heart of Brera. It is a place for meeting and exchanging views on issues related to design, communication and project culture. Created for companies and professionals, it offers a kitchen space and carefully selected furnishings in a casual yet refined environment. Perfect for hosting events, exhibitions, shootings and workshops, this place is also suitable for business lunches and dinners, press days and sales campaigns.

Characteristics of the location
100 sqm. 4 well-distributed and adjoining areas, each of which is fitted with a window, 1 with balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, a bathroom and an open-plan kitchen that make the apartment the perfect place for hosting events, shootings, sales campaigns, press days but also dinners, cooking demonstrations, business breakfasts, cookery courses and training workshops. Full of light and calm thanks to a perfect exposure, Brera Design Apartment offers a unique atmosphere made of silence and energy. The windows of each room overlook the most important and iconic Brera courtyard, that in via Solferino no. 11, which is also the one of Dimore Gallery and Boffi, among others. Antique finishes outlining classical Milanese interiors with a stone fireplace and beech wood herringbone parquet contrasting with the cement grey of the walls. The entrance opens on a resin floor and blue-green walls framing B2, the kitchen-lab from Bulthaup, leading character of the apartment together with the lighting project signed by Davide Groppi.

Inspired by the golden rule of every good artisan, order, visibility and accessibility, the modular system represents a kitchen-laboratory in its original meaning. The layout of this kitchen is new and unusual, starting from the heart of every living space: the cooker and the basin, up to the workstation, the storage room and the electric appliance compartment.
Lighting. The lamps and lighting projects, curated by Davide Groppi, were designed with a purpose of simplicity, lightness, emotion and creation. Light for Davide Groppi is a wonderful chance to seduce and move.

Via Palermo no. 1 Brera Design District The apartment is on the third floor of the internal stairs of a historic building in via Palermo no. 1. The space is also accessible from via Palermo no. 5 to cars and vans for goods loading and unloading, with direct access to the space through a staircase and a small lift.
