DeKeizer a residential project by ProWinko LUXURY RENTAL APARTMENTS AMSTERDAM Design: Nicemakers TWENTY-FOUR FULLY FURNISHED, LUXURY APARTMENTS RANGING FROM 54 TO 122 m 2 This project, lies within walking distance of the Dam Palace. The project comprises five buildings, some of which have been newly built and others completely renovated. Blocks A, B, C and E will be completed by the end of 2017 whereas Block D will be delivered in the summer of 2018. Within this project, ProWinko is offering twenty-four fully furnished luxury rental apartments. The apartment interiors have been designed by Nicemakers.

NICEMAKERS At a prime location in Amsterdam, a wide selection of apartments has become available in both new-build and renovated buildings. The former Tabakspanden have performed various functions in their wonderfully rich history and are now restored to their former glory. Nicemakers, an award-winning design studio, is the party responsible for transforming these lost spaces into intimate loft residences. The Amsterdam-based designers of, among others, The Hoxton Hotel, the SLA salad bar and various high-end residential projects have applied their broad range of experience to the design of the De Keizer project. The Amsterdam design studio has used its considerable know-how in the residential sector to restore calm to the apartments while maintaining their urban atmosphere. The characteristic qualities of each apartment have been preserved, nurtured and accentuated. The concepts of spaciousness and functionality played a large role in the design process for these compact and sometimes typically warehouse-type residences. Lines of sight and fields of view regularly draw the eye outside to the bustling Spuistraat. The accessible design makes use of natural, earthy colours with which everyone can identify. The use of historical elements and high-end materials give the rooms the warmth and comfort they deserve. Nicemakers passion for beautiful objects and works of art provides an international feeling, which ensures that residents feel at home, regardless of the length of their stay.

The ground floor offers space for a nice and cosy restaurant. BLOCK C Two apartments ranging from 59 m 2 to 84 m 2. These two apartments are situated on the corner of the Spuistraat and the Wijdesteeg. This fully renovated property boasts characteristic high ceilings, providing an extra sense of space.
