Survey fees for title surveys shall be classified in accordance with the categories of land use such as building, agriculture, industry, mining and other purposes. The surveys shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures fixed by law for the conduct of surveys for the issue of final titles. 1. This is a Revision of Title Survey Fees 2012 to cater for the followings; 1) New Provisions in Section 92 NLC 2) New Provisions in STA 1985 amended in 2007 for land parcels and old buildings without approved building plans Sec 10(6A) 3) New Provisions in LLS Regulations 2011 PU (A) 331/2011 on Conduct of Title Surveys in compliance with directives. 4) New Provisions in Cadastral Survey Regulations on minimum one CRM for new title surveys conducted by LLS 5) To introduce payments of emplacement of boundary marks in title surveys. 6) To introduce new item in survey practice with consultation fees 7) Provides Corporate Social responsibility with different rate for Accessory Parcels and in low cost housing schemes. 8) To delete items exclusive to JUPEM core activities, e.g standard traverses and survey of administrative boundaries. 9) To cushion the impact of a natural economic phenomena for LLS with the general increase in renumeration, salaries, goods and services. 10) A study on the increase in cost of services rendered by land surveyors in Peninsular Malaysia by Prof. Dr Moha Abdullah, Faculty of Economics, International Islamic University Malaysia hereby refers. 2 2. The fees listed in the following Tables are applicable to surveys for new alienation as well as surveys for subdivision. Every Title surveys conducted under this Regulation shall have a minimum of one Cadastral Reference Mark as datum for such surveys. Share unit determination and entitlement shall be charged per unit parcel, RM 50.00 per parcel, with minimum fee of RM 500.00 per job In consideration for the amendements to STA 2012, a NEW WORKFLOW CHART where the concept of STRATA TITLE UPON VACANT POSSESSION is being introduced. LLS shall be appointed as consulatant land surveyor, advising clients with respects to compliance to laws, regulations, etc. This includes proposal for a share unit scheme in a strata development. LLS now sits as consultatnts to the project from submission of planning approvals, issuance to development order as well as building plan approval Often LLS are required to certify share unit determination, and precomputation of SPA plan for annexture to Schedule H of the Housing Developers Act. Charge for survey for the re-establishment of old boundary marks found missing or out of position is RM170.00 for each mark refixed or replaced; Charge for survey per-lot is as provided under Table 1; (iv) Charge for survey of height connection and control is RM540.00 per kilometer (d) Charge for underground survey is as follows: - For the transfer of planimetric datum to a depth not exceeding 10 metres below the established Bench Mark at the site the charge is RM1,740.00. For every additional 3 metres in depth or part thereof below 10 metres, an additional charge of 10% shall be added; a. For the transfer of height datum to a depth not exceeding 10 metres below the established Bench Mark at the site, the charge is RM2,610.00.
