Code Enforcement: Code Enforcement is responsible for ensuring the compliance of all rules and regulations set forth by the Code of Ordinances. The City of Williston Police Department is responsible for Code Enforcement. Please call (352)528-4911. Fire Review/Inspections: The Fire Department is responsible for the compliance of all State and Local regulations concerning fire safety. If a commercial structure has been unoccupied for more than six months, a fire inspection is required and upgrades may be necessary. Building Inspections: The City of Williston inspects final site or commercial/industrial, and multi-family projects. All Planning & Zoning inspections and Building Code Inspections must be successfully performed before a Certificate of Occupancy can be obtained from the City of Williston. PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION The undersigned, being the owner(s) of certain real property which is located in Levy County, Florida, and which is not presently a portion of the City of Williston, respectfully petition that the said lands hereinafter described be annexed to the City of Williston, Levy County, Florida, and submit the following: 1. The lands sought to be annexed are contiguous to the present corporate boundary of the City of Williston, Levy County, Florida. 2. The lands sought to be annexed are compatible with the lands presently located in the City of Williston. 3.
