Michel Sudarskis 國際都市發展協會 (INTA) 秘書長 Michel Sudarskis 擁有經濟學和政治學博士學位 在加入國際城市發展協會 (INTA) 之前, 他於多所大學擔任副教授, 教授國際合作與外交, 並且與義大利及比利時的國際組織共同合作 Michel Sudarskis 在 INTA 中領導多項城市永續發展之國際活動, 也多次參與了全球性空間分析與策略的諮詢, 為基礎設施規劃建立空間架構, 執行新城鎮或主要城市再造或發展之計畫 He holds PhD in Economics and Political Sciences. Before joining INTA he taught on international co-operation and foreign affairs as Associate Professor with several Universities and served with international organisations in Italy and Belgium. Michel Sudarskis led the international activities of INTA on sustainable urban development and has been involved in a wide range of consultancy world wide including spatial analysis and strategies, establishing spatial framework for infrastructure planning, new towns and major urban regeneration or development projects

He holds two master degrees in civil engineering from the Ecole Centrale (Diplome d Ingénieur) and in urban planning from Sciences Po Paris. His expertise covers several aspects of urban and transport projects : urban planning, economical strategies, mobility policies, financial, institutional and legal issues. He has been involved as project manager in numerous important projects and is keen to develop integrated approaches in order to address the complexity of urban contexts such as : Cairo Master scheme, Cairo metro project, Urban developments (Toulouse, Prague, Mauritania, Ivory coast, ) Mobility projects (Paris, Bordeaux, Beyrouth, ). He Manages several research projects dedicated to sustainable cities funded by the French government or by the EU.

Dr. Rob van der Bijl 荷蘭都市交通與 TOD 發展策略規劃專家 Rob Van der Bijl 獲得荷蘭台夫特 (Delft) 科技大學的工程博士學位, 是都市規劃師 獨立顧問 也是荷蘭阿姆斯特丹以運用創新方法進行研究設計國際知名的 TOD 專家博士 他的研究特色在於運用多學科跨領域的方法結合都市計畫 交通 文化以及智慧技術等面向 從 1987 年成立都市規劃工作室開始, 即積極投入 TOD 與航空城發展以及 TOD 與社會賦權 (Favas.net, since 2009) 等相關計畫 他的客戶來自許多城市及城市首長, 也協助都市區域發展和企業客戶 TOD 與航空城發展部分, 則著重在航空城的區域發展規劃 航空城大眾運輸無縫式整合規劃與都市交通聯接, 曾參與阿姆斯特丹史基浦 (Schiphol) 機場交通連接 日本福岡機場公共交通聯結設計 荷蘭恩荷芬區域與都市發展策略暨區域機場設置規劃等 Rob Van der Bijl is an urban planner, independent consultant and TOD doctor with an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based practice known for its innovative approach to research and design. His projects are characterized by a multidisciplinary approach at the intersections of urban planning, transport, culture and technology. Van der Bijl received his engineering degree and Ph.D. from the University of Technology in Delft (Netherlands). Recent projects include, application of transit oriented development (TOD), assessment of real estate potential of public transport station environments, design and construction of bus and tramway infrastructure. Van der Bijl applies internationally his in-depth knowledge of Dutch cycling. Since 1987 when Rob van der Bijl founded his urban planning office TOD was an important topic in many assignments and projects, explicitly related to rail-based public transport (Lightrail.nl, since 1998), and recently extended to social empowerment (Favas.net, since 2009). He welcomed cities and their municipalities as clients, or assisted urban regions and entrepreneurs. Particularly he was happy to support citizens and grass roots initiatives. Moreover he taught and published a lot regarding TOD.

Robert Olivier 國際都市發展協會 INTA 理事長 ( 北美洲區域 ) 國際公共運輸聯盟 UITP 副理事長 Robert Olivier 現為巴黎國立科學技術與管理學院 (CNAM) 教授, 他是國際都市發展協會 INTA 理事長 ( 北美洲區域 ), 同時也是國際公共運輸聯盟 (UITP) 名譽副理事長 Apero 集團執行長 過去曾擔任加拿大蒙特婁交輸局 (AMT) 創新規劃部副局長 法德運輸執行董事, 專長於地區交通 TOD 戰略規劃, 發表多篇與交通運輸 都市發展和戰略規劃相關文章 同時他也是印度全球軌道運輸公司的科學顧問 Robert Olivier is now professor in CNAM in Paris and also acts as honorary vice president for UITP (International Union of Public Transport) and CEO of the Apero group. He was Vice President Strategic Planning and Innovation of Montreal Transport Agency, Executive Director of Société de Transport de Montréal, vice president of the organising transport authority. Robert Olivier is active on TOD, land captured value and he published many articles on transportation, urban development and strategic planning. He is the scientific advisor of the Indian firm Global Mass Transit.

Certified architect, Fellow of the Academy of Architecture. His developed IOSIS CONCEPT a construction and civil engineering leader group. He was Chief Executive Officer ADPi (2002-2004). He is expert in Aerotropolis development and Smart City. He was involved as chief architect in leading projects, such as Copenhagen Nordhavnen (2008), French Embassy in Tokyo (2006-2009), Paris Orly Airport:, Seville, Plant Airbus A400M final assembly, Customer Airbus - EADS -CASA, Dubai, Emirates Airlines Center Maintenance for its A380 fleet, USA - Fort Lauderdale, New Terminal 4 (6 MPAX ), Moscow - Sheremetyevo - Terminal 3, Aeroflot, etc.

Wataru Tanaka 田中亙日本株式會社日建設計主任規劃師 田中亙先生現為日本株式會社日建設計的統合開發部的副部長, 且為主任規劃師及設計師, 他於日本知名的日建設計集團工作已有 25 年以上的經驗, 負責都市設計 大尺度的城市規劃以及相關的設計案件, 他擁有美國哈佛大學景觀建築碩士以及建築碩士學位, 長期的專業工作包含從事東京都城中新區的開發, 以及大規模的複合式 T.O.D. 站區開發案件, 從 2008 年開始, 他個人的專業領域擴及到國際性的都市設計案件, 包含中國 東南亞以及中東地區, 田中先生應用他的都市以及開發專業處理 T.O.D. 的專案以及問題解決, 這些專案專注在捷運以及公共運輸站區的開發議題的處理, 而這些案件都是經由世界銀行 (Word Bank) 所資助的開發案 With profound knowledge of architecture, urban planning, landscape design and civil engineering, Mr. Tanaka has been working for Nikken Sekkei for 25 years as an Urban Designer, and has contributed in a variety of large-scale master planning and design projects. Since 2008, his main focus has expanded to international urban design projects covering China, Southeast Asia and Middle East regions, where he has been applying his experience in urban design to a variety of projects. Recently, he is also focusing on terminal-integrated urban developments in growing cities by applying advanced Japanese TOD solutions.

Dennis Li 李仰能 Vice President, Rail Consultancy, Asia Pacific Region of TUV SUD/ Principal consultant of the MTR Corporation Hong-Kong TüV SUD 南德意志集團高級顧問香港地鐵有限公司前首席顧問 李仰能是交通管理 交通工程和運輸經濟等領域專業的交通運輸專家 索爾福 (Salford) 大學理學碩士, 也是香港工程師學會 (MHKIE) 英國特許運輸與物流學會 (CMILT) 英國交通經營學會 英國永久方式學會 (AFPWI) 英國營運管理學會 (MIOM) 以及香港行銷學會 (EMHKIM) 等專業組織的會員 他擁有豐富的鐵路工作經驗, 曾在香港鐵路公司 (MTR) 工作長達 18 年, 並擔任港鐵的首席顧問主管國際業務 他於 2005 年與前任鐵道部英國女王首席審查官 Stanley Robertson CBE 創立 MetroSolutions 股份有限公司 MetroSolutions 於 2012 年年初被總部位於慕尼黑的德國 TüV SUD 南德意志集團併購, 並被任命為 TUV SUD 鐵路諮詢部亞太區副總裁, 現為 TUV SUD 高級顧問, 為全球鐵路相關問題提供諮詢 Dennis Li has over 25 years of experience in railways. He is a transport generalist holding qualifications in transport management, transport engineering and transport economy. His previous railway experience includes the MTR where he worked for 18 years and left as Principal Consultant when he was responsible for all international business. He founded MetroSolutions Limited in 2005 with Stanley Robertson CBE, the former Her Majesty s Chief Inspecting Officer of Railways in Britain. MetroSolutions was acquired by the Munich-based TUV SUD in early 2012 when he was appointed Vice President, Rail Consultancy, Asia Pacific Region of TUV SUD.
