For your day-to-day needs, the village has a number of small shops, as well as a doctor s surgery, hairdresser and garage. Most villagers will go to nearby Lightwater for further amenities, and Woking offers a range of high street names as well as Morrison s, Sainsbury s, Waitrose and Asda supermarkets. A number of local schools are rated highly by Ofsted, including two schools in West End Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School ( Good ) and Gordon s School ( Outstanding ). There are also many other good schools in the surrounding area, including Lightwater Village School ( Outstanding ) and Woking High School ( Good with Outstanding features).
