The subject property abuts and s contguous to the Cty lmts on the north, south and eastern boundares. SSUES: Chapter 171, Florda Statutes, requres certan characterstcs to be present before land may be annexed by a muncpalty. The subject property meets all crtera as the north, south and eastern boundares of the subject property are drectly contguous wth the exstng Cty lmts. The property s also reasonably compact, not part of any other muncpalty, and wll not create an enclave.
