As you know, our daughter Joanne and Diane were the best of friends until Joanne died. This goes back to when they were both very young and just starting with the FDIC. My condolences to Leon, Donna, Larry and her extended family and friends. She will be fondly remembered by many. NORM NEECE, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 My world got a little darker this week when God called home my lifelong friend, Diane. From the time we were freshman in high school we have had an inseparable bond. Until this week, I always knew that she was there just a text away to share my life the give me something to smile about. Everyone deserves a friend like her, yet few are lucky enough to find one. There were periods in our adult life when we were separated by time and space, but never from each other's hearts. Despite all her suffering, she kept a positive attitude and deeply appreciated the people who were there to support her on her journey. I never heard her complain or wallow in her situation. She received each day of life as a gift, but those who knew and loved Diane understood that she herself was the gift. It gives me peace to know that she is no longer suffering and has reunited with her mother and family surrounded by perfect love. And I know that we will be together again one day. Until then, I will hold the memories of our time together in my heart believing in the words of St.. John Chrysostom: "They whom we love and lose are no longer where they were before. They are now wherever we are." Rest in peace, sweet friend. May the angels lead you into paradise. TERRY FRANCE, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 Although, I know Diane will be missed by so many here on earth, Jesus is happy to have her cradling in His loving and comforting arms without pain. I will miss the laughter and times we shared. What a great and gracious lady. I love you Diane. Rest in peace now. BEVERLY CLAWSON, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016

Diane was one of the kindest, sweetest persons I know. She always had a smile and kind word for everyone. You will be missed sweet friend. CINDY DARBY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 Warm thoughts, prayers and memories for Diane, for all who loved and cared for her & revere her memory. You were a cool coworker, Joanne too! GREG SKILLERN, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 Diane was a great addition to our family, and a beloved friend to my Aunt Joanne. I remember all the times we spent together and cherish those memories. She will be dearly missed but still loved by all of our family. COURTNEY "POWERS" COFFMAN, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Diane. My memories will always remember the fun and laughter she brought to all of us. Diane always had a positive attitude on life which was infectious. I know she is now with her best friend Joanne, which warms my heart. Leon, may the peace which comes from the memory of Diane, comfort you now and in the days ahead. MITCHELL GLASSMAN, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 Diane was always a joy to work with and will be sincerely missed - Bill WILLIAM PHIPPS, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 You always had a big smile! JERELDE COX, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 The Heaven's are even more Bright - Diane you will be missed. May the Family and Friends remembering you find comfort and peace in the days ahead. JAIMI STORM-VILLARREAL, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 There are no good words to express how empty this world will be without Diane. She made it to Kansas City for our 45 high school reunion and I was thrilled to see her after so many years. Her spirit will live in all who knew her. Be at peace my friend. MOLLY MCCAFFREY GALLAGHER, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 I can't remember a time when you did not have a delightful smile on your face,

sweet lady. You are so lovely inside and out. Diane, rest now. We are all so Blessed to have known you. May God provide your family the peace that passes all understanding. FAYE MORITZ, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a TREASURE... May God give strength and comfort to Diane family during this time. CATHERINE BUTLER, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 I will so miss our conversations and her laughter. She always saw the positive side and was enthusiastic about everyone else's achievements, while minimizing her own. She will be missed by so many people at the FDIC. I'm sure she is smiling down at us even now. ANGELA BEDARD, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 Diane was one of those rare people who never met a stranger. I, too, was fortunate to work with her in Kansas City. She will always be remembered for that bright smile. May God comfort this family with peace and joy knowing that another angel has received her wings! RAY HERRON, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 Although I was privileged to know Diane for only a short while, I found her to be one of the most wonderful, life-affirming people I have ever met. We are all better for having known her, and I will miss her greatly. BURR STONER, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 I met Diane at St Teresa's Academy. She participated in sports, student council and various clubs & committees. She was a warm and friendly classmate, always ready to volunteer and give of herself. Rest in peace, dear Diane.
