Annexed into the Town of La Plata in 1990, the Property was purchased by Heritage Green Development, LLC, a Virginia Limited Liability Company authorized to do business in Maryland, in 2002. Since that acquisition, the Development Company has completed rezoning and planning for the phased development of the Property. Landbay 1A of Phase I is approved for infrastructure development and immediate construction of 296 housing units and a plan for continuous development thereafter is in place.
