1997-2012 Stanisz Development Project Management & Real Estate Development Denver, CO Between 1997 and 2001 Stanisz Development developed and completed the 45 acre Hilltop Business Centre in Littleton, Colorado, a commercial development currently home to Rocky Mountain Harley Davidson, Grand Prix Motor Sports, a 90,000 square foot office flex project, the 63,000 sf Hilltop Mesa flex complex, and a Hampton Suite Hotel. In 2005 Stanisz Development completed the 20,000 sf Lowry Powerhouse Office Building in Denver and in 2007 the 24,000 sf Spruce Street Place office/retail building also in Denver. Additionally Stanisz Development was managing partner of Hilltop 5, LLC, and was responsible for all development and construction management for its 3 building, 63,000 sf flex project in Littleton, CO. 1991-2003 Stanisz Construction Denver, CO Stanisz Construction built commercial, municipal and residential projects in the Denver metropolitan area, Vail and Summit County Colorado.
