Collins Subdivision to be annexed as Hammond City Council District #3. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the City Council of Hammond, Louisiana hereby approves: Sec on 1: The annexa on of Lot 1 A of the H.C. Collins Subdivision in accordance with survey by Wm. J.
