Ordinance No. 700-05 (Westbrook/Ward 18): Authorizing the Director of Public Service to issue a permit to Cudell Improvement, Inc. to encroach into the public right-of-way of Lorain Avenue from West 90th St. to West 100th Street with 30 hanging planters between May 1st and September 30th yearly using 7-CPP and 8-CEI utility poles. 10. Ordinance No. 701-05 (Zone/Ward 17): Authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into a Local Project Administration agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation to partially fund and construct the rehabilitation of a portion of Detroit Avenue; to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to design the improvement; determining the method of making the public improvement; and authorizing the Director to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement. 11. Resolution No. 702-05 (Brady/Ward 19): Declaring the intention to vacate a portion of Sector Avenue, Belmont Avenue, Elmwood Avenue, and West 120th St. 12. Resolution No. 703-05 (Brady/Ward 19): Declaring the intention to vacate a portion of Fidelity Avenue S.W. 13. Ordinance No. 705-05 (Scott/Ward 8): To appropriate property for the public purpose of developing a park on Ansel Road near Korman Avenue. 14.
