MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION August 14, 2013 The Planning Commission of the Parish of Ascension held a Public Meeting on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the Courthouse East Meeting Room, Gonzales, Louisiana in a regular session convened. I. Meeting Called to Order Meeting was called to order by Chairman Donald Songy. II. The application is on behalf of Edgar Gillis, Jr. by Earles & Associates, LLC. The owner is proposing a Family Partition of Lots 3-B-3-A and 3-B-3-B into Lots 3-B-3-A-1 (.057 acres), 3-B-3-B-2 (.50 acres) and 3-B-3-B-1 (.5 acres). The applicant will be retaining Lots 3-B-3-A-1 and 3-B-3-B-2, and dedicating Lot 3- B-3-B-1 to his daughter Cally Gillis. X. Staff Report No staff report. XI. Engineering Staff Report Mr. Tim Ward, Engineer, gave the following report status on subdivisions: XII.
