Planning With a large investment in machines, human and financial capital, we decided to establish an estate for high-middle level income earners. Based on its unique master plan, we produced a clearly defined, functional, exquisite and accessible development which stands out amongst building within the surrounding area. The estate sits on a 6460 square meter with a total of 28 exotic townhouses with all facilities embedded and available exclusively for the residents. Each building is constructed in a frame-like structure for residents to decide what the internal part of their building will look like.
