After September 1, 2004, the following rninimum building material standards in Lake Forrest Pointe shall become effective as applied to the lots described in Exhibit "A" and "A-l" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, by amending Section 4.2.a) as follows: a) In Lake Forrest Pointe, all exterior materials shall be brick, stone, dryvit or as otherwise approved by the Architectural Review Committee per plan. No

vinyl or aluininum siding shall be permitted; provided, however, that aluminum soffits and fascia shall be deemed to be acceptable or as otherwise approved by the Architectural Review Committee. All four sides of the home shall be designed using the same materials to present a consistent architectural theme recognizable from any elevation. Materials and architectural styling shall be approved or denied at the sole discretion of the Architectural Review Committee. All fireplace chases must be brick, stone or dryvit, subject to review. Homes located in Lake Forrest Pointe may be required to be one hundred (100%) percent brick, stone or dryvit at the discretion of the Architectural Review Committee. Standards applied to one lot shall not be deemed to establish precedential standards for any other lot, notwithstanding that as applied such standards may be greater than or less extensive in relationship to any other lots in the Subdivision.
