A Note From The Owner Thirteen years ago, amidst my search for a condominium in the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood, 188 Redpath Avenue was one of the few buildings I was willing to consider. I was told it was quiet, had low maintenance fees, experienced infrequent turnover, and had very friendly owners. All of this turned out to be true. From a practical viewpoint, I loved that it was close to the subway, groceries, markets, shops, and great restaurants including my favorite: Five Doors North! I ve always adored how convenient it is to run out to do any kind of errand, but then return home to a quiet tree-lined street! My mom especially enjoyed me living here; when she would come to visit, she would park in the Visitors Parking and then stroll over to Yonge Street to browse the shops (and rarely came back empty-handed!) I m moving - with regret - to be closer to my elderly parents. The decision to give up my condo and move to Mississauga was not one I made lightly.
