Sewer service is Denny Daniels, Engineering provided by East Richland. Annexation of this property would lower the ISO rating to a Class 2 from a Class 4. Fire Marshal Randy G. Scott, Police Chief Robert Anderson, Public Works This action would not impact current services being provided by this department. The Columbia Police Department has no objections to this annexation. Evaluation of this request reveals no immediate impacts of concern. The Department will study the totality of annexations at year s end to determine whether additional resources are warranted. Chambers, Land Development Administrator In that the proposed use of a sit down restaurant without a drive thru is a permitted use within the M-1 zoning district, staff recommends approval of this annexation request.
