The owners faled to comply wthn the tme prescrbed by ordnance. n addton, on January 6, 2014, pursuant to Secton 98.0402(e) of the L.A.M.C. the Department performed annual nspectons on the vehcle repar faclty located at the same address. The property owner was gven notce of the unpad annual nspecton fees on the property.
