The Debtors are authorized to assign the Newly Designated Contracts identified in Schedule 1, attached hereto. 2. The Newly Designated Contracts shall be Assigned Contracts as defined under the Sale Order and the Asset Purchase, and upon entry of this Order, such Assigned Contracts shall be deemed assigned to the Assignee identified on Schedule 1.
