RESOLUTION declaring a situation necessitating the immediate enactment of an ordinance amending and supplementing Chapter 50 (Department of Law Enforcement) to provide for additional Regular and Special Law Enforcement Officers resulting from expanded Police Department responsibilities. N. RESOLUTION of the Township Council of the Township of Toms River, Ocean County, New Jersey, authorizing a shared service agreement between the Township of Toms River and the Borough of Island Heights, for the purpose of sharing New Jersey Uniform Construction Code Plan Review and Inspection Services, and authorizing the Mayor to execute and the Township Clerk to attest to a shared service agreement between parties.
