About Us Alleyne Real Estate is a family owned and operated company that specializes in property sales and long term rentals, luxury holiday rentals and property management in Barbados. Our authentic Barbadian-based company has been a part of the tourism industry on the island for decades, and we take great pride in the excellent reputation that we have earned over the years - a reputation that has been realized due to the dedicated and distinctly personalized service that we offer. Attention to the well being of our clients and their properties has resulted in a loyal client base without whom the company could not be where it is today. Husband and wife team, Jenny and Richie Alleyne form the foundation upon which this business has been built. Between them, Jenny and Richie have many years of highly regarded experience in property management, real estate sales, project development and luxury holidays in both the villa and hotel industries. Jenny and Richie have made this a family business in every sense of the word - both of their daughters, Dawn and Fiona, are a part of the company and head respectively the Property Management and the Financial divisions of the business. The Sales and Long Term Rental divisions are run by nephew Paul Alleyne and niece Mandy Mahon, and son-in-law Shane Johnson heads the company as the Chief Executive Officer. A service charge may apply in some cases. My wife Kathy and I recently rented one of your Villas on the Beach apartments for one week and we wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had. From the moment we arrived to the breath taking view of the Caribbean Sea, to the moment we left, we were spoiled by your Staff. What can we say about Ferdie and the front desk crew, nothing is a bother and everything they do for you is no problem. Our cook/housekeeper was simply the best. I am quite sure our VOTB experience would never have been the same without her pleasant demeanor and of course, her fabulous cooking. We really liked the fact that Sophie stopped by a number of times just to see how things were going. As for the VOTB itself, I know that we can never stay anywhere else in Barbados. Our unit was spotlessly clean and the condition of the entire property was simply outstanding. The grounds were well maintained and the pools were both sparkling. Combined with the great location, we couldn t have asked for more. We were considering not telling anyone we know about the VOTB to be selfish, but too late, the word is out...
