C. Agricultural Setback Requirement. No dwelling unit shall be located within 50 feet of any land located within the Agricultural District. In addition, on any non-farm parcel, no shrub, plant or vegetation except grass shall be planted and no accessory structure or fence shall be located within 10 feet of any land within the Agricultural District. Similarly, no tree shall be planted on any non-farm parcel within 30 feet of any land within the Agricultural District. 5. Standards. A. Off-street parking regulations as contained in Part 7. B.
