Cost: 1 165 000.00 USD. Karnak ElBaraby Resort (Schematic Design Phase) A new touristic resort by nile-side at Luxor in the opposite bank of Hatshepsut. The concept of this project was to inspire the spirit of vernacular houses in Luxor and make a more eco-touristic resort. Cost: 23 500 000.00 USD. Hammam Al Tanbali (Construction Documents Phase) A restoration project for an archaeological Hammam from the Ottoman period at Bab Al Sha riah. Rijal Alma a Village (Conservation Strategy, Development Plan, Schematic Design, Design Development & Construction Documents Phases) A conservation, rehabilitation and development of a heritage village nearby Abha, KSA. A lot of challenges were held to do the conservation strategy and master plan such as lack of infrastructure, services, job opportunities.. etc. The conservation strategy and master plan meets a lot of appreciation from community and government representatives. Port Said Heritage Conservation A conservation project of the heritage of Port Said carried within the plan of the National Organization for Urban Harmony and Port Said Governorate. Oct. 08 to Jan. 09 ED Architects Mareb Museum Competition (Presentation Phase) A Museum of Yemen heritage at Mareb. A Complex Building Competition (Schematic Design Phase) A commercial and admin. building at Al Mohandesin district. Designed for the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The design aimed to make a commercial podium working as a base for an administrative tower, and grouped all with a mega light structure shell to make a new vision and image at this district. Al Resala Mosque Competition (Schematic Design Phase) A mosque at al Sheikh Zayed. It is designed in the modern Islamic style to keep pace with modern architectural lines. Al Khama el Apartments Competition (Schematic Design Phase) A competition of apartment buildings held by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The modern architectural lines and concepts were presented in the architectural design of the apartments.
