8. Resolution approving that old outstanding checks in the Self Insurance Trust Fund in the amount of $55,844.57 are hereby cancelled of record. 9. Refund Developers Review Fund Account. 10. Agreement P & A Construction, for the emergency repairs to a collapsed 8 sanitary sewer on Port Reading Avenue at the intersection Rahway Avenue which requires installation of two new Manholes and approximately 160 of 8 gravity pipe, in an amount not to exceed $175,000.00. 18. Authorizing the Change Order #1 on the contract for Round Containment Improvements Woodbridge firearms Training Center performed by Drill Construction Company, Inc., which increases the original bid price of $399,300.00 by $7,547.85 for a total adjusted contract price of $406,847.85. 19. Authorizing the Change Order # 1 on the contract with Pravco for Roof Replacement at the Woodbridge Community Center, increasing the contract amount of $1,642,987.00 to a total of $1,644,787.00. 20. Authoring the Change Order #1 on the contract with T & M Associates for professional engineering Services for the Woodbridge Community Center, increasing the contract amount of $22,700.00 to a total of $31,200.000. 21. Agreement Environmental Connection, Inc., for professional environmental services for the Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment 87 South Robert St., Sewaren, in an amount not to exceed $3, 875.00. 22.
