Jul 7 Masonry crew works a half-day on Saturday removing extra boards from tower scaffolding, building BSRC dining area scaffolding, and adding a few more bricks to the private retreatant area
Jul 7 Painting crew puts in a long, hot full day in Ottilia Hall

Jul 9 Sewer line work resumes with crossing the sidewalk over to Benedictine Manor and up the hill around Mary Hall

Jul 10 Masons are readying to make the first row of bricks across the top of the private retreatant bedroom windows
Jul 10 Heading uphill to place the first manhole in the ground
Jul 10 The Sisters cannot contain their delight and amazement as the Ottilia tower gets scrubbed clean and the scaffolding comes down
Jul 10 Placement of corner edges in the rounded arches on 1 st Ottilia and smoothing over with mud

Jul 11 In spite of the gathering rain clouds the masons begin the day with hope

Jul 11 After busting 1 water line, 4 more are discovered as the sewer line crew perseveres with much patience and care with a group in the Retreat Center; only two lengths of pipe were installed today

Jul 13 With Ottilia tower washing completed, the last of the scaffolding comes down
Jul 13 Sewer line work continues up the hill toward the 2 nd manhole location, cutting through asphalt and digging up tree roots as they go may there be no more water lines!
