CORRESPONDENCE- None COMMTTEE/STAFF REPORTS Kindercare Property: The Assistant Chief Adminstrative Officer updated the Municipal Planning Commission on development of the lands. The Municipal Planning Commission discussed appropriate zonings for the land in recognition of Council's denying third reading to high density residential (R3) designation for the area. Council's decision was based on input from adjacent property owners. The Board indicated that General Residential District (R2) which permits duplexes and is consistent with the property to the east of it, would be appropriate. This would also allow higher density (R3 uses) as discretionary possibilities. The Board also recognized that high quality, higher density development (condominiums/townhouses/apartments) occurs in Communities which have developments backing onto golf courses. M.P.C.
