WHEREAS, William Parrott and Peggy Parrott, his wife ("Applicants"), the owners of the above-described property, have applied for an administrative variance under the Code (see survey attached as Exhibit "C"); and WHEREAS, the Town Building Department received, reviewed and recommended approval of the Applicants' application for a variance of the following: 1. An encroachment of 5.11 feet on the NE corner of the porch; 2. An encroachment of 8. 73 feet on the E of the rear deck; WHEREAS, the Town Commission held a public hearing on the variance on June 17, 23; and WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing was posted at the Town Hall bulletin board and notice of the public hearing was sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, by the

Resolution 595 Page 2 Applicants, to all record owners of property located adjacent to the property involved in the variance and the date of the mailing was at least fifteen (15) days before the date of the hearing (or notice was waived by the adjacent owners); and WHEREAS, the Applicants at the public hearing presented proof of the identity and address of the persons entitled to receive notice by mail and of the mailing of the notice to those persons (or their waiver); and WHEREAS, the Town Commission at the public hearing made the finding that: The Applicants demonstrated an extreme hardship, which justified a variance of the Town Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF SEWALL'S POINT, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Applicants' variance is hereby conditionally granted by the Town Commission of the Town of Sewall's Point, Florida; 2. This variance is expressly conditioned upon the Applicants reimbursing the Town for all professional expenses of the Town incurred in connection with the application, pursuant to Section 46-31, Town of Sewall's Point Code of Ordinances;,..
